Publication Policy

The Advanced Journal of Engineering and Scientific Applications (AJESA) publishes original scholarly research covering engineering, applied sciences, technology, and interdisciplinary areas within the journal's scope.

Originality

Manuscripts submitted to AJESA must represent original scholarly work and must not have been published previously or be under consideration for publication elsewhere.

Editorial Independence

Editorial decisions are based primarily on scholarly quality, originality, relevance, methodological soundness, and contribution to knowledge.

Editors and reviewers must not allow commercial, personal, institutional, political, or other non-academic interests to improperly influence editorial decisions.

Author Responsibility

Authors are responsible for ensuring that:

  • The manuscript is accurate and complete;
  • All listed authors have made significant contributions;
  • Appropriate sources are properly acknowledged;
  • Required permissions have been obtained;
  • Ethical requirements have been satisfied; and
  • The manuscript is not simultaneously submitted to another journal.

Publication Charges

Where applicable, article processing or publication charges are communicated transparently to authors before publication. Payment of a publication charge does not guarantee acceptance.

Corrections and Retractions

AJESA may publish corrections, errata, corrigenda, expressions of concern, or retractions when necessary to maintain the integrity of the scholarly record.
